Gradated Language texts

A little language learning experiment. The text starts in English, but when a word is repeated, it transforms into the target language. Reading carefully from beginning to end, you should be able to figure out the story.

Pronunciation:
Accents in the Bulgarian story indicate stress. The ŭ is pronounced as in English "mud." R is pronounced as in Spanish "gracias." Other vowels are pronounced as in Spanish.
Dashes in the Japanese don't effect pronunciation---they're there to help you parse the words (wakar is the verb root of wakar-u, wakar-anai, waka-t-te, wakar-eba). There are no accents because no vowels are stress. Vowels are pronounced as in Spanish.
